{"id":4495,"date":"2016-07-31T13:25:30","date_gmt":"2016-07-31T17:25:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gocoaching.ca\/?p=4495"},"modified":"2017-08-15T13:32:35","modified_gmt":"2017-08-15T17:32:35","slug":"apports-bienfaits-subtils-de-nos-activites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gocoaching.ca\/en\/apports-bienfaits-subtils-de-nos-activites\/","title":{"rendered":"Apports &#038; bienfaits subtils de nos activit\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-2\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-8\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Quelle activit\u00e9 douce correspond le mieux \u00e0 mes besoins ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00c9tonnamment, je me suis aper\u00e7u il y a quelques temps que m\u00eame si j&rsquo;avais besoin de tranquillit\u00e9 ou de calme, une activit\u00e9 telle la marche, une baignade ou un moment de m\u00e9ditation g\u00e9n\u00e9rait subtilement des effets diff\u00e9rents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Non seulement\u00a0l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 choisie (bien souvent de mani\u00e8re spontan\u00e9e ) comblait plus ou moins mes besoins du moment, mais surtout cette activit\u00e9 ne m&rsquo;apportait pas toujours ce qui \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire pour mon \u00e9quilibre personnel &amp; professionnel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00c9videmment cette prise de conscience commence par identifier ce dont nous avons besoins dans le moment pr\u00e9sent et aussi apr\u00e8s. \u00a0Par exemple,\u00a0nos choisissons une activit\u00e9 douce pour se d\u00e9tendre, se relaxer, changer d&rsquo;air et d&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit. Ces 2 activit\u00e9s permettent de me d\u00e9tendre. Mais laquelle va m&rsquo;apporter ensuite le focus et la motivation dont j&rsquo;ai besoin pour bien avancer sur le nouveau projet. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette matrice d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s, j&rsquo;ai identifi\u00e9 que l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 la plus ad\u00e9quate est le Jogging. Ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas celle qui me tentait le plus ou que j&rsquo;avais choisi spontan\u00e9ment (plut\u00f4t m\u00e9diter ou marcher), mais c&rsquo;est bien celle-ci qui va r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 tous mes besoins (faire circuler les tensions et faciliter le focus &amp; la motivation).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Pr\u00eatez-vous \u00e0 cet exercice de prise de conscience lors de vos prochaines activit\u00e9s et compl\u00e9tez votre matrice d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;
