Sans \u00e9nergie, nous voil\u00e0 r\u00e9duits \u00e0 l&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9. Cette \u00e9nergie est facilement observable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00c0 tout moment, nous pouvons l&rsquo;amplifier pour \u00eatre plus efficace ou plus endurant ; prendre un expresso ou une boisson \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en fin de journ\u00e9e ou d\u00e9but de soir\u00e9e, se motiver mentalement en visualisant une sc\u00e8ne inspirante, s&rsquo;activer davantage pour rester dans le flot de l&rsquo;action&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Toute cette \u00e9nergie de surface, qui peut \u00eatre boost\u00e9e temporairement, puise dans notre capital \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ; notre \u00e9nergie de fond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Il est\u00a0ESSENTIEL d&rsquo;en prendre davantage conscience, car ce capital, cette r\u00e9serve d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de fond a un seuil limite en dessous duquel, notre\u00a0besoin de ressourcement est si n\u00e9cessaire que notre corps nous envoie des signaux d&rsquo;alarme puissants qui viennent alt\u00e9rer notre \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit. Cela peut aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un Burn-Out ; cet \u00e9tat de saturation extr\u00eame d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de surface qui a vid\u00e9 notre r\u00e9serve d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de fond. Dans ce cas, le corps exprime son besoin criant de refaire le plein et nous force \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat. Dans ce cas, vaut mieux pr\u00e9venir que gu\u00e9rir !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mais voil\u00e0 le paradoxe, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement on tente de refaire le plein d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de fond en faisant tout autant d&rsquo;autres choses (chercher des solutions, se mettre en action pour trouver d&rsquo;autres moyens,&#8230;). Mais toutes ces actions puisent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de fond, m\u00eame avec la meilleure intention du monde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Pour \u00e9viter cela,\u00a0il est important d\u00e9j\u00e0 de reconna\u00eetre en soi son niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de fond et ensuite de choisir avec beaucoup de vigilance les activit\u00e9s douces qui vont nous permettre de refaire le plein de notre \u00e9nergie de fond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><i class=\"fa fa-search-plus\" style=\"color:#f4720e;font-size:1.2em;\"><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Reconna\u00eetre son \u00e9nergie de fond<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Pour cela c&rsquo;est assez simple, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un moment de pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 soi, nous pouvons \u00e0 tout moment jauger notre niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de fond. Oui, s&rsquo;arr\u00eater quelques instants, prendre quelques bonnes respirations et porter son attention sur notre niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie global \u00ab\u00a0Comment je me sens, quel est mon niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de fond ?\u00a0\u00bb puis laisser monter intuitivement la r\u00e9ponse sur une \u00e9chelle de 1 \u00e0 10 (10=max).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En fonction du niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, reconna\u00eetre avec humilit\u00e9 notre niveau d&rsquo;accueil et d&rsquo;irritabilit\u00e9 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui se produisent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bien souvent, quand notre niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de fond est bas, nous sommes plus impatients, irritables, \u00e9nerv\u00e9s, sur le qui-vive, avec moins de r\u00e9partie et r\u00e9pondant du tac au tac.
