Particuli\u00e8rement chez les fourmis, ainsi que chez les cigales, m\u00eame si notre illustre Lafontaine s&rsquo;est servi de ces deux esp\u00e8ces dans sa fameuse fable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Apr\u00e8s cette note l\u00e9g\u00e8re, j&rsquo;aimerais attirer\u00a0votre attention sur les m\u00e9canismes de la procrastination et surtout vous apporter 3 cl\u00e9s in\u00e9dites, qui vont vous para\u00eetre \u00e0 l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9 du bon sens pour arriver \u00e0 finir ce qui doit l&rsquo;\u00eatre, que ce soit \u00e0 titre personnel ou professionnel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Les 3 raisons majeures de procrastiner<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Avez-vous remarqu\u00e9 que lorsque vous procrastinez, il y a de grandes chances que ce soit :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>par manque d&rsquo;id\u00e9es<\/strong> pour r\u00e9aliser la t\u00e2che \u00e0 effectuer,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>par peur du r\u00e9sultat<\/strong> (que ce soit un \u00e9chec ou un gros succ\u00e8s),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>par ennui<\/strong> ou manque d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat et de stimulation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Les deux premi\u00e8res raisons g\u00e9n\u00e8rent tr\u00e8s vite une tension int\u00e9rieure (frustration, \u00e9nervement, peur) et de fait une r\u00e9action compensatoire qui peut prendre la forme de : je me l\u00e8ve pour faire la vaisselle ou grignoter quelque chose, je fais un peu de rangement, je surfe sur internet\/Facebook,&#8230;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"> La troisi\u00e8me raison est plus subtile \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer car le manque de motivation (moins facile \u00e0 ressentir) est vite remplac\u00e9 par une autre stimulation plus r\u00e9jouissante.
